About

avatar I'm a software engineer passionate about my craft. I program mostly in Go, occasionally using Python and POSIX shell for scripts and prototypes. I'm also interested in C, Zig, and low-level programming in general.

I'm a minimalist in life, and this is reflected in my approach to work. When writing software, I stick to the Unix philosophy. When building systems, I choose boring technologies. See the list of tools that I use in my work.

I'm an open source advocate and I'm happy to be part of the community around it. I focus on building tools that make life easier for other developers. Most of my side projects are open source software hosted on GitHub.

I love learning how things work and why they work the way they do. I find my human memory unreliable, so I try to organize all the knowledge I gain in my personal wiki. I've made it public in the hope that someone will find it useful or get inspired to create their own.

My non-programming passions are hiking and brewing filter coffee. You'll also rarely find me doing anything without listening to music. Sometimes I publish my playlists on Spotify.
